Dear Rockies Season Ticket Holder,

Use the green link below to fill out the 2024 Season Ticket Partner Ticket Transfer Form.

This process will help you as the primary account holder with managing digial tickets:

We understand that managing a full season can be difficult with multiple partners.
This process will assist you by having the Rockies digitally transfer tickets to your partners' Rockies accounts.
Once tickets are in your partners accounts, they can fully manage them including returning them for credit on their individual accounts.

Please review the following information to decide if the Season Ticket Partner Ticket Transfer Form will work for you:

Via the form, provide us with the names, email addresses and account numbers of your partners.
Be sure the email addresses and account numbers* of your partners match the ones linked in their MLB Ballpark apps.
Select which games each partner receives on the form.
The Rockies will upload those games to each partner's account.
This will give partners access to all features of the Season Ticket Holder Ticket Return Program through their own accounts.
Fill out the form once you have received ALL of your partners' game choices.
Your Season Tickets must be Paid in Full for us to complete the ticket transfers to your partners.
Processing of the form will take 7-10 business days once the form is submitted.
Forms must be submitted by March 25 in order to guarantee completion prior to Opening Day (April 5).
We will notify you via email when tickets can be managed in early March.
