Dear Rockies Season Ticket Holder,

We are very appreciative of your loyal support during the 2023 season and look forward to continuing our partnership in 2024. Highlighting our schedule, we will be hosting the Boston Red Sox in July in addition to all of your other favorite games, including Opening Day on April 5 and the Summer Fireworks games on July 4-5. We continue the second season of the balanced schedule, meaning the Rockies will be playing one series against every American League team each season, alternating ballparks annually. 2024 Schedule

The first step in preparing for 2024 is conducting our Seat Change process for our dedicated Season Ticket Holders. The Seat Change process for 2024 will again be done ONLINE. The online process will allow you to personally review and select your seats.
 
You can review the 2024 Season Ticket Pricing at this time. However, no payment is required during the seat change process. 

Season Ticket Seat Change General Information:

  • We will be reaching out to Season Ticket Holders in Priority Number order beginning later this week and anticipate this process to last from August 25 until September 15.
  • ALL accounts will be contacted via the email address listed on the account in Priority Number order.
  • You will receive a notification email within a few days of your Priority Number becoming eligible to choose seats.
  • Once we reach your Priority Number, we recommend browsing available options as soon as possible.
  • Your seats will only be changed when you confirm the move via your “My Rockies Account”.
  • If you do not wish to change your seats, NO further action is required upon receiving the email.
  • Since you can select available seat locations online, we will not be calling you to discuss options, but please reach out to us with any questions.
  • Payment will NOT be required at the time of Seat Change.

Additional Reminders:

If you have remaining Season Ticket Account Credit for the 2023 Season, it must be used on tickets before the final game of the season on October 1, 2023.
