Be on the lookout for 2021 Renewal & Benefit Information in the coming weeks. We are making enhancements to Season Ticket Holder benefits, all while keeping your core benefits intact like our flexible exchanges and location priority. There will be opportunities to earn points based off your spend and tenure commitment, redeem for items such as complimentary tickets, merchandise, promo items, STH-only experiences and more! My Tix Updates
Recently improvements have been made to your My Pirates Ticket account. We have created a more seamless way of accessing your account by using your MLB.com/pirates login credentials. This is the same login you would use for MLB Ballpark as well. Additionally, you are now able to view any of your ticket credits in real time. By clicking the Account Credits on the home screen, you can view different types of credits such as Rollover Season or Group Ticket Credit committed for 2021, Bonus Credit as well as Exchange Credit. This will be a place you can continually check as credits are consumed and added to your account. To access and view updates, please visit pirates.com/mytix. If you have any difficulties logging into your account, please use the "forgot password" option to reset your password or you can reset it here. For additional assistance with login credentials, please contact MLB Support.

Pirates Charities Game on AT&T SportsNet
The Pirates annual Pirates Charities Game on AT&T SportsNet will take place this weekend, September 12 and 13. Be sure to tune in to the broadcasts on AT&T SportsNet to learn more about Pirates Charities efforts to help the community throughout 2020. Home Run and Grand Slam Backpacks will be available during the broadcasts on Saturday and Sunday - with an online presale starting this Friday at 10 a.m.! In addition to the backpacks, you'll be able to bid on Players Favorite Things Baskets and one-of-a-kind experiences! Roberto Clemente Award
Vote Josh Bell! Bell is the Pirates representative for the 2020 Roberto Clemente Award. Josh started a #SocialReformSunday series on his social media platforms. With his support, the Pirates then began the Building Bridges series, featuring a player, coach or staff member speaking candidly about social reform. Voting ends September 27.

Cancer Support Weekend
The Pirates and Pirates Charities celebrated Cancer Support Weekend, September 4-6. The weekend honored cancer patients and survivors, created awareness for non-profits and cancer focused partners, and celebrated the new AHN Cancer Institute. 2021 Group Tickets
With the release of the 2021 Schedule, group deposits are now being accepted!
