I hope all is well with you and your family. I am writing today to follow-up on a recent letter sent to you via email by Pittsburgh Pirates President, Travis Williams on Wednesday, April 29. In that letter, Travis introduced two simple options as it relates to all tickets to April and May home games in your 2020 Season Ticket Plan.
As a reminder, those two options are:
Retain: If you would like to retain the value of all April and May games as credit in your account to be used for any future games in 2020 or 2021, we will provide you with the following additional value:
- 15% bonus ticket credit to easily be use towards tickets for any future games in 2020 or 2021.
- A complimentary seat upgrade for a game of your choice in 2020 or 2021, which will apply to all seats in your season ticket plan.
Refund: Or, if you would like to receive a full or partial refund for the April and May games, please contact me at [Account Rep Email Address] and we will process your request as quickly as possible.
The deadline to act is Tuesday, June 2. If we do not hear back from you, we will roll your April/May credit toward 2021 while receiving the 15% bonus game credit.
