As the calendar now shifts to May, we want to provide you with two simple options for your tickets to April games that have been officially postponed, as well as for games in May that are unlikely to take place as planned.
Retain: If you would like to retain the value of all April and May games as credit in your account to be used for any future games in 2020 or 2021, we will provide you with the following additional value:
- 15% bonus ticket credit to easily be use towards tickets for any future games in 2020 or 2021.
- A complimentary seat upgrade for a game of your choice in 2020 or 2021, which will apply to all seats in your season ticket plan.
Refund: Or, if you would like to receive a full or partial refund for the April and May games, please contact [Account Rep Name] at [Account Rep Email Address] and we will process your request as quickly as possible.
