There's still a lot of baseball to be played this season! As such, we've extended Missed Game Replay to include all remaining Monday-Thursday games in August plus all 15 home games in September!
If you have any loaded value remaining on your STH ID card as part of the BUC$ Back program, you will have received an email last week reminding you of that balance. Don't forget to use that $$ for concessions or merchandise at PNC Park this year! If you'd like to check your balance, have your ID card handy and click below.
If you have any deferred credit from season ticket exchanges this season, please remember they will expire at the conclusion of the regular season (Sunday, September 29). Deferred exchange credit can be used on your My Pirates Tickets account to pay the balance of future game exchanges, upgrades or even single game purchases via the Special Offers tab. You may also use the credit at the PNC Park ticket windows when redeeming unused season tickets via the Missed Game Replay program. Please let me know if you have any questions.
We hope you're able to attend all the games in your season ticket package and more, but if you do have tickets that will go unused (or even tickets from past games), consider donating them to Tickets for Kids or Vet Tix. Local families will enjoy a night of Bucco baseball and you'll get a tax deduction in the process! The deadline for Tickets for Kids donations is Tuesday, September 17, 2019.
There are still a few open spots in our Kids Press Conference (August 23) and Field Days (August 27 & 28 and September 11) but not many! If you haven't used all of your Experience credits, please log into your MLB Ballpark app to select these events before they're gone!
Keep an eye out! 2020 Season Ticket Renewal information will be arriving in the coming weeks via email. Your personalized email will include your 2020 ticket invoice, a summary of your benefits and new overall improvements to your 2020 season ticket plan.
