We are pleased to reoffer a great selection of memorable Experiences exclusively reserved for our 2019 Season Ticket Holders! All Experiences for 2019 have confirmed dates and times in which you will be able to select in only a few days.
The selection process will again run through the MLB Ballpark app by clicking the STH HQ icon under the "Pirates tab". In order to select 2019 Season Ticket Holder Experiences in real time, please download the MLB Ballpark app on your iPhone or Android device. If you do not have a iPhone or Android device please contact your Representative and they can assist you. If you have not downloaded the MLB Ballpark app, please download this tutorial with step-by-step instructions.
Per your benefits package, all Season Ticket Holders are able to participate in the Pittsburgh Pirates Experience program, which offers free, once-in-a-lifetime Experiences to enjoy throughout the year.
Experiences are available only through the MLB Ballpark app and are exclusive to Season Ticket Holders only. They include opportunities like a STH of the game, Deliver the Lineup card and Deliver the game ball. You can view a full list of Season Ticket Holder Experiences in advance of the selection process now at pirates.com/STHexperience.
To select Experiences, your account will be loaded with points that will be accessible on Thursday, April 18, at 10 a.m.
• Your MLB Ballpark account has [Number] points to be used on various Experiences for the 2019 season. These points are yours to redeem on unique VIP Experiences throughout the season based on your Season Ticket Package and tenure level.

• Please Note: Beginning April 18, STH's are able to select available Experience dates currently scheduled through the entire season. Make sure to spend your points wisely!
Register for Experience notifications in just a few easy steps.
Register:
1. Download the MLB. Ballpark app for iPhone or Android.
2. Create an MLB Ballpark app account, or use your existing one, matching this email address: [Email Address].
3. Select the Pittsburgh Pirates as your favorite team.
4. Allow notifications, include text messages.
Redeem:
1. You will receive a text once Experiences become available for redemption.
2. Select your desired Experience and redeem using your Experiences balance.
3. Your Experience account is pre-loaded with points and linked to this email address: [Email Address].
