Member HQ and Membership Hotline Hours
Located behind section 111, Member HQ is your one-stop shop for all things related to your Advantage Membership. One of our friendly and knowledgeable Membership Experience Representatives will be staffed at Member HQ at every game this season, from the time gates open until the end of the 5th inning.

| NL Champions Tee & Ring Ceremony

The first 20,000 fans through the gates on Friday, March 29 will take home an NL Champions Tee. You’ll also want to make sure you are in your seats by 6:00PM to witness the D-backs players and coaches receive their 2023 NL Championship rings, then stick around after the game to watch our first fireworks celebration of the season.

The 2023 National League Rookie of the Year will be celebrated with a commemorative bobblehead on Saturday, March 30 vs. the Colorado Rockies. Can’t make it to the game? Don’t worry! Advantage Members will receive one of every 2024 promotional item at our annual ThanksGIFTing event in November.

| Don’t Miss Out on Items & Experiences

Via the Advantage Member Experiences section of your MLB Ballpark App, you have access to redeem your Advantage Points for unique items and experiences all season long. New items and experiences are uploaded seven days prior to the start of each homestand at 6:00PM MST. Make sure to enable push notifications for the MLB Ballpark App on your smartphone to receive reminders.

| Pick Up Your Loyalty Cup & Circle K Gas Card
|
The Advantage Member Loyalty Cup - good for $2 fountain drink refills at any Chase Field concession stand - is back for 2024. In addition, you can also take your Loyalty Cup to any Arizona Circle K location, and they’ll fill it up for FREE! To pick up your cup, visit Member HQ during your next D-backs game and scan the QR code in your Advantage App. While you’re there, you can also claim your Circle K discount gas card which is valid for $0.20 off per gallon, up to 20 gallons, for the months of April through September.
