Via the new Advantage App, our Members have redeemed a total of 11,120 points during the first month of the season for a wide variety of unique items and experiences, including autographed memorabilia, passes to watch batting practice from the field, parking in the Chase Field garage, in-seat flower deliveries for Mother’s Day, and much, much more.
If you haven't yet used your points, or are looking for ways to earn more, you’re in luck! Access the Advantage App now through the D-backs tab of the MLB Ballpark app. New items and experiences are added to the app a week prior to each homestand and below are a few ways you can earn more points now and throughout the remainder of this season.

Tune in to our broadcasts on Bally Sports Arizona when the team is on the road, and during the first game of each road series, the broadcast team will announce a "Bonus Word" that can be entered into your app to automatically receive 20 additional points. Each road series will have a new Bonus Word, meaning you can continue to earn points all season long.

| Purchase a Group or a Suite
|
If you purchase or refer someone who purchases a group outing or nightly suite rental this season, we will give you an additional 100 points. Remember that all Advantage Members receive a discount on suite rentals and group spaces. Ask your Membership Experience Representative for more details.

Spread the word! If you refer someone to your Membership Experience Representative and they purchase an Advantage Membership*, you will both receive 250 points.
*Membership is defined as a Full Season, Half Season, Weekend or Series Plan.

Help us help you! We are always looking for ways to improve every aspect of your experience as a Member and your continued feedback is vital. Complete surveys that you periodically receive via email and get an additional 50 points for each survey you take.

Return as a Member for the 2023 season and receive up to four times your base Member points depending on your payment plan preference.
- Pay in Full: Quadruple your base points
- 4-Month: Triple your base points
- 7-Month: Double your base points

What are Advantage Points?
|
Advantage Points allow you to choose the Advantage Member benefits that mean the most to you via the D-backs tab of the MLB Ballpark app. Each Member receives an initial number of points based on package type and number of seats on the account. Points do not expire, and unused points will rollover to the following season pending continuation of the Membership.
