Our Membership Experience team has been hard at work to ensure you have the best experience at Chase Field this season and make it possible to create even more lifelong memories with family and friends.
In this email, you'll find helpful information for our 25th Anniversary season, including new benefits offered exclusively to Advantage Members.

Head to the App Store on your smartphone to make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the MLB Ballpark app and can properly access your digital tickets. After you update the app, it may require you to sign out and sign back in. Please make sure to use the same email for both your Ticketmaster and Ballpark app log-in and contact your Membership Experience Representative if you have any trouble.

| Complete Your Membership Profile
|
Through the D-backs Experiences section of your MLB Ballpark app, you can now complete a Member Profile. Click on "Member Profile" and then "Account Info" to tell us important information such as your birthday and favorite D-backs player. This will allow us to truly customize your Membership experience, and as a thank you for completing it, we'll bonus you 50 Advantage Points!

SeatGeek is MLB's Fan-to-Fan Ticket Marketplace, and we are excited to announce that the D-backs SeatGeek integration is now live! As an Advantage Member, you can list your tickets directly on SeatGeek with just the click of a button through Account Manager. SeatGeek will help you price your tickets, let you know when they have sold, transfer them to the buyer, and send your payout within 48 hours of the event. | Take Advantage of Early Entry
|
As the most important fans at Chase Field, Advantage Members enjoy Early Entry to every Friday and Saturday home game, as well as Opening Day. Early Entry on Thursday, April 6 will begin at 4:00PM at gates B and J and at the 20th Anniversary gate for 20-Year Club Members. Early Entry will begin at 4:00pm on Friday, April 7 at Gates B and J and at 2:30pm on Saturday, April 8 at Gates B, J, and the 20th Anniversary gate for 20-Year Club Members. To be granted early entry into Chase Field, show the attendant your mobile ticket or Digital Advantage Card.

| Pick Up Your Loyalty Cup & Gas Card
|
The Advantage Member Loyalty Cup - good for $2 fountain drink refills at any Chase Field concession stand - is back for 2023 and better than ever. This season, you can take your Loyalty Cup to any Arizona Circle K location, and they’ll fill it up for FREE! To pick up your cup, visit Member HQ during your next D-backs game. While you’re there, you can also claim your Circle K discount gas card which is valid for $0.20 off per gallon, up to 20 gallons, for the months of April through September.

D-backs fans age 15 and younger can sign up for the D-backs Kids Club which is a free program that rewards kids for attending games with access to free tickets and exclusive events. Register your child now through the MLB Ballpark app, and when you take them to your next D-backs game, head to the Kids Club Headquarters at section 106 or 329 to scan their Kids Club ID. Every time you scan in, you’ll automatically receive 10 bonus Advantage Points!

When you return to Chase Field this week, you'll discover more than 30 new food items throughout the ballpark including slow-cooked barbecue sandwiches, carnitas nachos, gyros, and vegan options. What’s more, you’ll enjoy 10% off these food items and more using your Digital Advantage Card. This same card also grants you 10% off at Guy Fieri

So, in addition to the Member-Only staple events such as Trick-or-Suite, ThanksGIFTing, and Mother’s Day Brunch, we’re excited to announce more than a dozen Member-only events involving D-backs players. These will include private meet and greets in the Champions Room at Guy Fieri’s DTPHX Kitchen + Bar as well as opportunities to shake hands with the entire team on the field before a Sunday game. Check your D-backs Advantage App to learn more about these events as they become available – you won’t want to miss them!
