| Mobile & Contactless Entry
|
Before you arrive to Chase Field, download the MLB Ballpark app. Be sure your phone is fully charged and that you have your ticket ready on your mobile device. Click here for helpful instructions on how to download and navigate the Ballpark app.
|
|
|
All fans ages 2+ are required to wear face masks. Gaiters and other face coverings are not permitted. Face shields are permitted, however, they must be accompanied by a mask underneath the shield. Fans who fail to comply will be denied entry and subject to ejection. Masks may be removed while actively eating or drinking in your seat.
|
|
|
To ensure fan safety and expedite ballpark entry, a clear bag policy is in effect for Chase Field. Each fan may carry one clear plastic or vinyl bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or a clear plastic gallon freezer bag. Small clutch purses are also permitted that are no larger than 4.5" x 6.5". | Health & Comfort Seating Pods
|
Chase Field will open at a reduced capacity to provide adequate space for distanced Health & Comfort Seating Pods. Please do not move from your ticketed seat to another empty seat.
|
|
|
Please maintain appropriate distancing between yourself and other fans not in your seating pod throughout your journey at Chase Field. This includes entering and exiting the ballpark and in elevators, escalators and restrooms.
|
|
|
| Cashless Concessions & Mobile Ordering
|
A mobile concession experience is available for fans to order food & drinks. Click the "Order Concessions" button on the Ballpark app to place your order and pay. You'll be alerted via text when your order is ready for a contactless pick up. Please note that the Team Shop and concession stands will not accept cash. Have a credit or debit card ready if you do not plan to order from your mobile phone.

The D-backs are excited to bring new concessions to Chase Field this year. Check out Gadzooks at Sections 115 & 314, Fry's Grab & Go and The Still by Cutwater at Section 139. You can view all available concessions in the Ballpark app.

To reserve parking before you go, click the "Parking" button in the MLB Ballpark app or visit dbacks.com/parking. Please note, the parking garages will not accept cash. If you purchase parking upon arrival, be sure to have a credit or debit card.

| Chase Field Closures & New Areas
|
To start the season, the Sandlot in the upper concourse will be closed. The field level will also be closed, which includes the restrooms and elevators on that level as well as Premium areas including the BMW Lounge, Sedona Club and Sonoran Room. The Kids Club will still be operating and can be found in a new spot on the main concourse at Section 125. More Info
