Learn to Manage Your Tickets
Advantage Members,

Stay tuned for an important email next week regarding all of the exciting new changes at Chase Field this season for our Members. In the meantime, however, we wanted to make you aware of your Ticket Management tools which allow you to exchange, return, transfer, sell and donate your tickets through D-backs Account Manager.

Ticket Management Tools
If you are unable to attend a future game, you have the ability to either exchange your ticket(s) to another future game (available to all Members) or return your tickets for an account credit to be used later (available for Full and Half Members only).

Ticket Exchange
Each game will fall under one of five different ticket price tiers; Single, Double, Triple, Home Run, or Grand Slam. Ticket exchanges within the same tier (Ex: Single to Single) will not have any price difference provided tickets are exchanged for the same price level. Ticket exchanges that involve a downgrade (Ex. Double to Single) will have the difference in tier prices reflected as a credit on your D-backs account. Ticket exchanges that involve an upgrade (Ex. Single to Double) will incur the difference in tier prices.

Ticket Return
Don’t know the game you’re going to attend? Return the tickets you are unable to use and choose the new game at a later date. All future tickets purchased using your return credit will be at the initial single game face value. *Available for Full and Half Season Advantage Members.

StubHub!
Securely sell your tickets through StubHub! and get reimbursed through check or PayPal. For more information, including instructions on how to list tickets on StubHub!, click here.

Ticket Donation
You have the ability to donate tickets to upcoming games for charitable distribution. This special gift will be received by people who might not otherwise have the opportunity to attend a game. You may donate your tickets via your online My D-backs Account up to 48 hours in advance of first pitch.

*For tax purposes, you will receive a letter acknowledging your donation(s) at the end of the season.

Advantage Member Parking
As an Advantage Member, you have the ability to purchase parking passes in various garages around Chase Field. The following options are currently available for the 2022 season.

Jefferson St. Parking Garage - Located on the south side of Jefferson St. between 3rd and 4th Streets, this garage is directly to the west of Chase Field. There is a limited number of passes available in this garage and parking will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Full Season: $996 ($12 per game)
  • Half Season: $504 ($12 per game)
Right Field Garage - Located on the south side of Jefferson St. between 7th and 9th Streets, this is less than a five-minute walk to Chase Field.
  • Full Season: $664 ($8 per game)
  • Half Season: $420 ($10 per game)
  • Series Plan: $280 ($10 per game)
  • Weekend Plan: $300 ($10 per game)
