D-backs Experiences are back for the 2017 season! You currently have Experience credits available. Get ready to make the most of your games this season by redeeming your credits for special experiences and items by using the MLB.com Ballpark app.
What do I get with my credits?
As a benefit to being a loyal Season Ticket Holder, this FREE program allows you to experience D-backs games as a VIP, with a variety of offers only available to our Season Ticket Holders. Seat upgrades, items and experiences may vary from game-to-game, including limited-time and newly added offers.

All seat upgrades and items are first-come, first-served. Types of offers and quantity varies on a per-game basis. You must have a separate ticket for the game to use a seat upgrade, unless otherwise stated.
How do I access D-backs Experiences?
1. Go to the MLB.com Ballpark app on your iPhone or Android phone
2. If needed, create a MLB.com Ballpark app account using your email address, or sign into your current account with your email address
3. Once you're signed in, select "Arizona Diamondbacks" and tap "D-backs Experiences" to browse seat upgrades and offers
4. Choose your experience, tap "redeem" and enjoy the game!
