D-BACKS EXPERIENCES
As part of the Season Ticket Advantage Program, Season Ticket Holders receive free credits to use toward D-backs Experiences. Credits can be redeemed for various D-backs Experiences including, but not limited to, upgraded tickets, premium access passes, signed memorabilia, promotional giveaway items and complimentary parking.
To access your credits using the MLB.com Ballpark App, please follow the instructions below:
- Download the MLB.com Ballpark app from the App Store on your iPhone or Android
- Create an account using the email address that is linked to your D-backs Account Manager
- Select the D-backs as your favorite team, so Chase Field will be your home page each time you open the app
- To see which D-backs Experiences are available, simply click the D-backs Experiences tab
TICKET EXCHANGE PROCEDURES
If you are unable to attend a specific game, you have the ability to exchange your ticket(s) to any future game of your choice as long as the exchange occurs BEFORE the gates have opened. Each game will fall under one of four different season ticket price tiers: Single, Double, Triple, or Home Run.
Ticket exchanges within the same tier (Ex: Single to Single) will be considered an even exchange with no additional fees due.
Ticket exchanges that involve an upgrade (Ex: Single to Double) will incur the difference in tier prices.
Ticket exchanges that involve a downgrade (Ex: Double to Single) will result in the difference in tier prices and reflected as a credit on your season ticket account.
You will see 2 prices listed on your season tickets -- the season ticket price (the value of your ticket for exchange purposes) and the single game price (Box Office Price).
On Tuesday, March 15 you will be able to exchange your tickets online through your Arizona Diamondbacks Account Manager, over the phone, or in person at the Chase Field ticket windows.
TICKET RECOVERY PROGRAM
A great way to maximize your tickets is to take full advantage of our Ticket Recovery Program. This program is perfect for season tickets that have gone unused for games that have already been played. Rather than disposing of the season tickets, you can turn them in to receive comparable seating to another game. Use the tickets to entertain clients, enjoy a family day at Chase Field or put together a group outing.
Trade in as many tickets as you would like from games that have already been played. This program is FREE of charge, with NO TICKET LIMITS. We will attempt to seat you in the same price level as your season tickets.
Please turn in all requests no later than one (1) week prior to the pre-determined game selected from the list.

TEXT ALERTS

D-BACKS INTRODUCE PETSMART PATIO
PetSmart, Inc. and the Arizona Diamondbacks have teamed up to create the first-ever season-long dog-friendly ballpark with a dedicated new PetSmart Patio, PetSmart Park and the Dog Days of Summer program, where dog-loving fans can bring their dogs to all 13 Sunday D-backs home games in the 2016 season.
Pet parents will be able to enjoy America's favorite pastime with their best friends at Chase Field with exclusive seating, a grassy play area nearby, and the PetSmart adoption spot that will feature adoptable dogs ready to find their forever homes among the D-backs' fan base. The PetSmart Patio will be located along the main concourse behind the left-center field wall.
