Your D-backs Season Tickets have been mailed and will be hitting mailboxes this week. Mobile tickets will also be available via the MLB Ballpark app starting tomorrow, March 3.
Ticket Exchange
If you are unable to attend a specific game, you have the ability to exchange your ticket(s) to any future game of your choice. Each game will fall under one of five different season ticket price tiers; Single, Double, Triple, Home Run, or Grand Slam. Ticket exchanges within the same price tier will not incur a processing fee, however upgrades (ex. Single to Double) will incur the difference in tier prices. Ticket exchanges that involve a downgrade will have the difference in tier prices reflected as a credit on your account. Credit may be only be used for upgrades or additional tickets and must be used before the end of the regular season.
You may begin to exchange any of your tickets online starting tomorrow, March 3 using your My D-backs account. Any exchanges over the phone or in-person will begin this Friday, March 6.
Ticket Return*
Return tickets to future games online at via your online D-backs Account Manager. Don't know the game you're going to attend? Choose the new game at a later date. This online process can be completed in minutes and affords you the ability to not lose any tickets and redeem to any game this season. All tickets purchased using credit will be at the initial single game face value. Any remaining credit will NOT be rolled over to the following year.

Donate Your Tickets*
Each year, the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation donates millions of dollars and provides complimentary game tickets to thousands of non-profit organizations across the Valley. You have the ability to donate tickets to upcoming games for charitable distribution. This special gift will be received by people who might not otherwise have the opportunity to attend a game. You may donate your tickets via your online My D-backs Account up to 48 hours in advance.
*For tax purposes, you will receive a letter acknowledging your donation(s) at the end of the season.
Ticket Recovery Program
Turn in your unused 2020 game tickets and receive comparable seating to a future game from a list of predetermined match-ups. This program is free of charge, with a maximum of ten (10) tickets per game. The Ticket Recovery Form can be filled out here.
