Your Ticket Management Tools, which include the ability to exchange and return tickets to future games through D-backs Account Manager, are available now! These tools are among the most flexible in Major League Baseball and allow you to get the most out of your D-backs tickets all season long.
Your account must be paid in full to utilize these benefits.
Ticket Management Tools
We know that sometimes plans change and you won’t be able to attend every game in your Membership. Below are several solutions so that none of your tickets go to waste.
Ticket Exchange
Unable to attend a game or looking to mix and match your tickets? You can do a 1-for-1 ticket exchange for any regular season home game using our Ticket Exchange program. Each game falls under one of five different ticket price tiers; Single, Double, Triple, Home Run, or Grand Slam. Ticket exchanges into a higher-priced tier (Ex: Single to Double) will incur the difference in tier prices. Ticket exchanges that involve a downgrade (Ex. Double to Single) will have the difference in tier prices reflected as a credit* on your D-backs account.
*Account credit may only be used for ticket upgrades, ticket exchanges and additional D-backs regular season ticket purchases. It may not be used for group tickets, suite rentals or Special Event items and will expire at the conclusion of the 2023 regular season.
Ticket Return
Don't know the game you’re going to attend? Return the tickets you are unable to use and choose the new game at a later date. All future tickets purchased using your return credit will be at the initial single game face value. Please note this benefit is available for Full and Half Season Advantage Members only.
Ticket Resell
Want to resell a few games? SeatGeek is now the official fan to fan resale partner of MLB! SeatGeek will offer fans a secondary market that is the most fully integrated into their MLB ticket account among any of the authorized secondary ticket platforms. The ability for Advantage Members to resell their tickets is not currently available but the new integration as part of this partnership will be available soon. Ticket Donation
You have the ability to donate tickets to upcoming games for charitable distribution. This special gift will be received by people who might not otherwise have the opportunity to attend a D-backs game. You may donate your tickets via your D-backs Account Manager up to 48 hours in advance of first pitch. For tax purposes, you will receive a letter acknowledging your donation(s) at the end of the season.

| Save the Date: Advantage Member Road Trips
|
Hit the road with the D-backs! Advantage Member Road Trips are back for 2023 and we're excited to offer three trips this season –- May 18-21 in Pittsburgh, August 3-6 in Minneapolis, and September 7-10 in Chicago. There will be 40 spots available for each trip that will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. More details, including pricing and accommodations, will be communicated soon.

The CBCB Terrace will be available for group buyouts along with single game purchases.
