TICKETS
Tickets to Fan Fest, presented by Waymo, are FREE! Tickets will be scanned at the gate and are required for entrance. Tickets can be downloaded HERE or via the MLB Ballpark app.
NEW! CLEAR BAG POLICY
To ensure the safety of our guests and to provide an expedited ballpark entry process and enjoyable fan experience, the clear bag policy will be in effect starting at Fan Fest, February 15, 2020. The Arizona Diamondbacks reserve the right to inspect any items brought into Chase Field.
SEASON TICKET HOLDER EARLY ENTRY – 10:00AM
Season Ticket Holder Early Entry will begin at 10:00AM at Gate E near the ticket windows and Team Shop. Your Early Entry ticket will be the same as your Fan Fest ticket. Please have this ready for the Season Ticket Experience Representatives to verify that you are a Season Ticket Holder and for scanning upon entry.
SEASON TICKET HOLDER VIP AREA
Season Ticket Holders will have their own VIP area in the Third Base Suite Lounge on the Blue Cross Blue Shield Diamond Level. In this area, Season Ticket Holders will have access to player autographs and player photos. Plus, Season Ticket Holders will receive a FREE gift, a clear zippered bag. You will receive one bag per seat on your account. Season Ticket Holders can access the VIP area from the escalator closest to Gate E and by showing their Fan Fest Early Entry pass.
AUTOGRAPH PROCESS
Autographs will be open to all fans on a first-come, first-served basis, and located in La Terraza on the Upper Concourse. Season Ticket Holders will have early entry access at 10:00AM, before the gates open at 11:00AM for the general public. The first autograph session will begin at 11:00AM, with expected current and former players including David Peralta, Ketel Marte, Luis Gonzalez and more. A full list will be released next week on dbacks.com/fanfest.
YARD SALE
The Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation Yard Sale will be back at Fan Fest. The Sale will open at 10:00AM for Season Ticket Holder Early Entry access.
KIDS ACTIVITIES
Multiple kids activities will be available throughout the stadium including free balloon artists, princess and superhero photos, wiffle ball, batting cages, and music from Organist Bobby Freeman. Current Kids Club members will also be able to scan their cards for a bonus Kids Club prize.

Join us on Sunday, February 23 for an exclusive Season Ticket Holder Spring Training kick-off. The event will be hosted on the Pepsi Patio behind home plate with food, beverage and a cash bar.
